This is the fourth but the most different type of Gynecomastia we have discussed up to this point. This condition is very common among kids from 13 years of age until adulthood, but it is also seen in adults aged 30 to 40, but that is not as common as in kids.

One thing to note is that this type of Gynecomastia is not caused by any gene factor as it occurs naturally and mostly gets treated by itself naturally, due to which the need for surgery is very less during this type of Gynecomastia. Unlike any of the types mentioned above of Gynecomastia, the breast's tissues were enlarged.

In this case, the nipples get enlarged and pointy, which goes against the male morphology. But the part where it is similar to the rest of the types is that it is caused by un-uniformity of both testosterone (the hormone responsible for suppressing the effects of estrogen) and estrogen (the hormone responsible for the enlargement of breasts.

 Procedure:

1. It is usually administered with complete anesthesia.

2. After administering an aesthesia, the affected area of the patient is marked and bordered (the affected area refers to the enlarged and inflamed nipple), and incisions are made.

3. The nipple area is cut for removing the fat tissues.

4. A cannula tube is inserted into the small incision.

5. Usually, traditional liposuction is performed through the incisions.

6. After the procedure, it is dressed, and the patient may be administered some painkillers and some medication to help with the stitch wounds.
