This is the first of Gynecomastia. As mentioned before, Gynecomastia is a condition with an increase in a male's breast tissue. It is very common in every age group, but then the case of bilateral Gynecomastia is most common in teenage boys. This is because there is a boost in the testosterone level of the boys alone.
Still, one thing to note is that this testosterone boost is usually very un-uniform, which causes an imbalance in the estrogen level (which is responsible for the enlargement of the breast tissues). Boys suffering from this type of Gynecomastia suffer from enlargement of breast tissues but on only one side, which causes the enlargement of one breast while the other one stays normal like any other boy.
This stage is also treated as the first stage of Gynecomastia as the enlargement effect on the breasts is very small.
Procedure:
The type of anesthesia administered, local or general will hugely depend on the operating doctor.
After administering the anesthesia, the affected area of the patient is marked and bordered, and the area is treated with an incision.
A Cannula tube is inserted into the small incision.
The nipple area has to be treated as the excess breast tissue has to be removed. Due to which the surgeon might make a round cut of 3 to 9 pm clock wise cut.
Then the excess fat is treated with the caloric deficit with the help of a suction tube. This is the reason why the excess fat melts.
After the excess fat is burned, the incisions are dressed
