In Vaginoplasty, the surgeons use skin from the individual's penis to construct the inner and outer walls of the vagina. Same for phalloplasty, the inner and outer wall of the newly made penis is built with the help of the vagina. The surgeons use skin from the penis to create the clitoris also.
Procedure
1. At first, the testicles are removed, and the skin and the shaft of the penis are removed from the penile tissue.
2. This is then preserved and creates a new vagina.
3. The small portion of the glans of the penis with corresponding nerves and blood vessels are dissected off the penile tissue and held for creating the clitoris.
